The Best TV Shows You Have to Watch Now

I thought it would be good to compile a list of all of my previous TV show recommendations. I will continue to add to this list as I find more great shows, but it is just an easy, condensed way to view all of my recommendations. Also, it is a good way to review any shows that you might have missed along the way.

His Dark Materials (Based on the Golden Compass trilogy by Philip Pullman)

Silicon Valley (An excellent comedy about working in tech and Silicon Valley)

Ballers (A drama/comedy starring the Rock as a sports agent)

Weight of Gold (An inside look at the actual lives of Olympic athletes)

Game of Thrones (An HBO classic, even if the ending was unspectacular)

Industry (A new drama on HBO Max about the investment banking industry)

Netflix:

Sherlock (One of the best takes on the Sherlock Holmes series)

F1 Drive To Survive (An inside look at F1)

High Score (A show about the video game industry, and how it has developed over the years)

Inside Bill’s Brain (A great miniseries about Bill Gates and the projects that he is devoting his time to now)

The Queen’s Gambit (A mainstay in the top 10 of Netflix, The Queen’s Gambit is a new drama about a chess prodigy and her journey to the top of the chess world)

Lupin (A french show about the popular French character Arsene Lupin; Lupin is similar to a French Sherlock Holmes, except that instead of being a detective he is a thief)

Amazon Prime Video:

Burn Notice (About a former spy who has to figure out who “burned him”)

The Last Tycoon (Based on the unfinished novel by F. Scott Fitzgerald)

White Collar (A former thief helps to solve crimes, but also has his own personal issues along the way)

Jack Ryan (A spy drama based on the novels by Tom Clancy)

Disney + and ESPN:

The Mandalorian (A part of the Star Wars universe)

The Last Dance (The just released 10 part documentary about the final year of Michael Jordan and the 1998 Bulls)

CBS:

Hawaii Five O (A classic crime show that takes place in Hawaii)

The Big Bang Theory (One of my favorite sitcoms of all time)

Apple TV +:

Mythic Quest (A hilarious comedy about a video game studio)

Peacock:

The Office (One of the most classic sitcoms of all-time, with legendary characters such as Michael Scott, Jim Halpert, and Dwight Schrute)
