Masterclass

Masterclass is one of my favorite learning websites to use. It is on the pricier side, as it is $15/month or $180/year, but it is worth the price. I personally paid $180 for 2 subscriptions, as I got it as a Christmas sale, but I would still pay the $180 for a year subscription.
It is somewhat similar to a platform such as Coursera, except that instead of professional teachers, you have actual professionals in their fields. For example, there is a basketball course taught by Stephen Curry, a poker course taught by Phil Ivey, a business course taught by Disney CEO Bob Iger, a writing course taught by Malcolm Gladwell, and a science course taught by Neil deGrasse Tyson. These are just a handful of the 80+ classes that are now available on Masterclass.
The great thing about the $180/year subscription is that you have unlimited access to all of the courses in the Masterclass library. If you are trying to learn a certain type of skill, Masterclass probably has a class on it taught by an amazingly skilled individual. I love Masterclass courses because it provides an in-depth and behind-the-scenes look about what makes professionals in their fields tick.
All of the Masterclass courses that I have tested out have been of amazingly high quality, and I have key takeaways/lessons that I have learned from all of them. Also, the videos are well made and of super high quality; for some classes, there is also an audio option if there is no visual aid needed.
I would recommend trying out Masterclass for one month at $15, and if you like it and find yourself using it often, you can opt to purchase the year subscription. Still, for $15, it is definitely worth a try to see if you get anything valuable out of it.

Hi,
This is a blog for myself (and hopefully others) to keep track of all of the places, restaurants, books, movies, etc. that I do not want to forget. I am a college student who has lived in the US, Asia, and Europe for extended periods of time; I am very lucky to have had these experiences, and I want to share my recommendations with people interested in any of these locations.
NONE of these posts are advertisements. I do not have any discount codes or promotions for anything I write about; however, this should be considered a positive because it means that everything I write about reflects my true feelings. In order to keep this blog positive, my posts will only be recommendations for the things I enjoy the most in life. The topics will vary between whatever subjects I am interested in at a certain time, and I will have 1-2 new posts per day.
I wish I could have started this project earlier while some of my memories were fresher in my mind, but it is better late than never. I hope that other people will have the chance to visit or experience things that I write about, and I hope that people will have a similar taste in life to myself!
