Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan is a show on Amazon Prime Video. The main actor in the show is John Krasinski, who many people will be familiar with from The Office (he plays Jim).

For those of you who know Krasinski from The Office though, watching him in this will be such an unfamiliar site. In The Office, he plays the relatively nerdy Jim Halpert; however, in Jack Ryan, he plays a secret agent (and he really pulls it off well).

However, the entire show is not just about Krasinski, and the rest of the cast is also strong. I would say that the show follows a relatively typical American drama/spy show storyline, but there are a bit more twists and turns than usual. It is also an interesting progression, as Jack Ryan (Krasinski) starts off as a desk analyst before being thrust into field action.

There are two seasons of the show, with each season having 8 episodes. I would say that season 1 is stronger, but both seasons are good. Season 2 is only getting 3.4/5 stars on Amazon Prime Video for some reason, but you can ignore the reviews for the most part (if you liked Season 1, I think you will also like Season 2). It is definitely a binge worthy show, so for all spy and drama fans out there, get watching!
