Biscoff is originally a cookie from Belgium, and it is known for being a cookie that you can eat with coffee. It is hard to describe the flavor if you have never had Biscoff before, but the best way I can think of is a cookie flavor with a peanut butter texture.

While I do like eating the cookies, I recently had a Biscoff Ice Cream bar. This is a new release, but they are super good (they taste similar to the Haagen Dazs Bars, but with Biscoff as the flavor instead). It is really rich, but also not too sweet that it is difficult to eat the entire thing.

The inside is vanilla ice cream with Biscoff cookies, and there is a Biscoff spread on the outside. From there, the whole bar is dipped into Belgian chocolate. Since the bar is so rich and creamy, it is not the healthiest bar. It is a relatively tiny sized bar, and it still has 310 calories. However, I don’t think that anyone eats ice cream for its health benefits anyways.

I’m not sure where the best place is to get the bars; they are on Walmart’s website, but they are currently unavailable there. If you do see them at your nearest grocery store though, I would definitely recommend trying them out!
