With online school having started a couple of weeks ago, I have been sitting down for long periods of time. Although I try to get up and walk around as much as I can, my back was still tightening up and sore after sitting for hours on end.
Recently though, I bought this lumbar support cushion from Amazon. Since I tried it out, my back has gotten a lot better, even though I have only been using it for a week or so now. My family even bought a couple more after trying it out so that we could put it on different chairs throughout the house (3 in total now).
I have a pretty big office chair, but the cushion still fits pretty easily around the chair. It also has adjustable straps that make it easy to attach to any size chair.
The cushion costs $29.99, which is not bad considering it is helping to improve your health. The quality of the product also seems to be high, as it seems pretty sturdy and well-made. If you have to sit down for extended periods of time and ever notice your back getting sore, you should definitely give this cushion a try. I think it will only take a couple of minutes or so for you to notice a significant difference in your posture and feeling!
This is a blog for myself (and hopefully others) to keep track of all of the places, restaurants, books, movies, etc. that I do not want to forget. I am a college student who has lived in the US, Asia, and Europe for extended periods of time; I am very lucky to have had these experiences, and I want to share my recommendations with people interested in any of these locations.
NONE of these posts are advertisements. I do not have any discount codes or promotions for anything I write about; however, this should be considered a positive because it means that everything I write about reflects my true feelings. In order to keep this blog positive, my posts will only be recommendations for the things I enjoy the most in life. The topics will vary between whatever subjects I am interested in at a certain time, and I will have 1-2 new posts per day.
I wish I could have started this project earlier while some of my memories were fresher in my mind, but it is better late than never. I hope that other people will have the chance to visit or experience things that I write about, and I hope that people will have a similar taste in life to myself!
