Best Restaurants to Eat at in Hong Kong: Tin Lung Heen

Tin Lung Heen is a 2-Michelin star restaurant in the Ritz Carlton in Hong Kong. It is one of the most high-end dim sum/Chinese restaurants you will ever find, and the food is incredible.

As you can see in the photo above, the ambiance of the restaurant is super nice as well, with really high ceilings and a great view of the city.

Some examples of dishes they have include deep-fried crab shell filled with crab meat and onion, pan-fried Kurobuta pork filled with foie gras and onion, fried rice noodle with sliced beef rib in black bean sauce; these are just a small sampling of dishes they have, as their lunch menu alone is 25 pages long.

This is not a typical type of Dim Sum restaurant that you would go to every Sunday for Yum Cha, as one dish here could cost more than an entire meal at a normal Dim Sum restaurant. However, if you are looking for a high-end Chinese dining option to enjoy in Hong Kong, this would be a great option. As always, I would recommend going for lunch, as the prices are much cheaper than for dinner (but still high).

Tin Lung Heen Recommendation Rating: 4

1: Something worth checking out if you have time

2: Something that is a hit for some people, but not a must for everyone

3: Something worth prioritizing if interested

4: Something worth making time to check out

5: An absolute home run, worth going out of your way for
