Best TV Shows to Watch on Rakuten Viki: Mischevious Kiss 2

Mischievous Kiss 2 is a sequel to the series I wrote about before, Mischievous Kiss: Love in Tokyo. If you already watched the first season, the main cast is the same in the 2nd season.

However, the plot and feel of Mischievous Kiss 2 is a little different than the first season. The show is supposed to be when the main characters are older, and it includes all throughout their college life, as well as a couple of years once they have graduated. This means that the problems are a little bigger, and the cast doesn’t act as immature (although the main character, Kotoko, still does some really dumb things).

The second season also jumps through their life a lot faster, as in the first season it went through 3-4 years in a total of 16 episodes. In the second second season though, they go through 7-8 years in the same number of episodes, so everything feels more condensed.

Overall, I still really enjoyed watching the second season, and I thought that it was a worthy follow up to the first season. They even have almost identical ratings on Rakuten Viki, both are around 9.3/10 or so. If you have not watched the first season yet, I would recommend that you do! If you have already watched it though, make sure to follow up and also watch the second season!

Mischievous Kiss 2 Recommendation Rating: 3

1: Something worth checking out if you have time

2: Something that is a hit for some people, but not a must for everyone

3: Something worth prioritizing if interested

4: Something worth making time to check out

5: An absolute home run, worth going out of your way for
