Glasshouse is a restaurant in Hong Kong that serves Asian fusion food. There are several locations, but the best locations are in Central and Causeway Bay (although this one is known as Greenhouse).
One thing I enjoy about Glasshouse is the variety of dishes. The menu is 10-12 pages long, and it has so many different types of dishes ranging from Pork Belly to pasta to rice dishes. Almost all types of Asian cuisine are represented, and the dishes are all pretty high quality (there are some dishes that are a little bit weaker than others, but most things are quite good).
Some of my favorite dishes include the stir fried roasted chicken spaghetti and the stir fried flat rice noodle (it has foei gras and truffle paste). It is the type of restaurant that is really good to go with large groups of people, as there are probably a lot of things you will want to try.
If you are looking for a smaller, more intimate setting, the location in Central is a better choice. If you are looking for a bigger, more lively place, Greenhouse in Causeway Bay is the better option. It really just depends what you are looking for, as the menu is virtually identical at both places. If you are looking for really flavorful food and something new to try in Hong Kong though, Glasshouse is a great option!
