Swimming has become my go to form of exercise recently, and I try to swim on a daily basis. While I am not a professional swimmer, a good pair of swim goggles is still an important thing for me to have.

The goggles that Michael Phelps and other professional swimmers are different from the types of goggles that amateur, recreational swimmers like myself need. I looked it up, and the goggles that Michael Phelps uses can range anywhere between $20-60, depending on the model.

However, recently, I have been using a pair of Speedo goggles. A pack of 3 of these goggles is $18.99 on Amazon, or about $6 a pair. These goggles work great for me, as they are lightweight, sturdy, and flexible. This pair of goggles also seals to my face a lot better than other models that I have used, and I never have to adjust them while I am swimming. Also, I really like the pair that I am using because they have a tint on them that reduces the glare of the sun.

While these pairs of Speedo goggles are not made for professional swimmers (there is a reason they are only $6 each), they get the job done and do everything that I need them to do. If you are just looking to do recreational swimming and need a solid pair of goggles, I think this set of 3 is a good starting point!
