WaterMinder is one of the simplest apps that you will find, but one that works very effectively. WaterMinder is an app that helps to track your water/liquid consumption throughout the day, which is useful to make sure you are staying hydrated throughout the day.
One of the best things about WaterMinder is that it easily syncs up with both your iPhone and Apple Watch, which is really useful if you normally only carry your watch on you. Both of them have the same functionality, but you can add your liquid consumption straight through the Apple Watch, which for me is a lot easier and more convenient.
As you can see in the picture above, the interface of the app is really simple, and you only have to input the amount and type of liquid you drank. When you set up the app, it will tell you how much water you should drink throughout the day to stay fully hydrated. This is based on your typical activity schedule, body composition, etc.
I think WaterMinder would also be useful for people who are trying to cut back on consumption of sugary drinks or coffee. There is the option to add beverages such as Coke/Pepsi/other drinks, and it will keep track of how much of these drinks you are drinking per day. This will help you to remain conscious of how much you are drinking, and whether or not you should start to cut back or not!
