I have been trying a variety of products for my back, such as the Qutool Lumbar Support and the Sunbeam Heating Pad. I always use the heating pad when my back is sore or when I am lying down, as it helps to loosen my back up.
Recently though, I have begun to use the Better Back rather than the Qutool Lumbar Support when I am sitting down. The Qutool Lumbar Support is good because it helps to support your back when you are sitting down; however, I think the Better Back is even better because it helps to reset your posture into the proper form. This helps not only when you are sitting, but also helps to correct your posture even when you are standing up.
One great thing about the Better Back is that you can use it when you are on the go, as it comes in a nice case that can be packed up really quickly and conveniently. The Better Back can be a bit challenging to figure out how to use at first, but once you get the hang of it you can put it on in a minute or two. It is a bit inconvenient in the sense that once you put it on, it is difficult to get up (you have to take it off in order to stand); however, this minor inconvenience is worth the trade-off of relieving back pain.
Overall, if you are looking to sit down for long periods of time, the Better Back is a great product to test out. I think it really works well, and it would definitely be one of my first choices of products to buy for relieving back pain!
