Farmhouse Kitchen Thai Cuisine is a restaurant with several locations in San Francisco, but the one I went to eat at was in Menlo Park.

Farmhouse Kitchen Thai Cuisine has thousands reviews on Yelp and was pretty busy when I went, so it is a very popular food establishment. I think Farmhouse Kitchen may be a bit overpriced, but if you are willing to splurge a little and share dishes, the food quality is quite good.

I went with 3 people total, and we split a special set that was $120. It came with a bunch of dishes, including Pad Thai, Short Ribs, Curry, Fried Rice, Fried Chicken, Spring Rolls, etc. The picture of the special is above, and it was plenty of food for 3 people. I think the special is a good choice because it offers a lot of diversity, and instead of ordering 3-4 normal sized dishes you can try 8-9 different smaller items.

I have only been to Farmhouse Kitchen Thai Cuisine once, and I haven’t tried anything that wasn’t in the special. However, the fried chicken was really good, as were most of the other dishes. It is more fusion than traditional Thai food, but in my opinion it is definitely worth trying!

Farmhouse Kitchen Thai Cuisine Recommendation Rating: 4

This post has now been updated to reflect a new ratings system that I have implemented, which is scored as follows:

1: Something worth checking out if you have time

2: Something that is a hit for some people, but not a must for everyone

3: Something worth prioritizing if interested

4: Something worth making time to check out

5: An absolute home run, worth going out of your way for
