Although I try to make as much food as I can from fresh ingredients, sometimes it is nice just to heat up/bake a frozen meal. Oftentimes though, frozen meals don’t really taste as good as fresher meals (for obvious reasons).
Just Bare Chicken Nuggets are sold at Costco in a large bag (4 pounds of nuggets). I believe the entire bag is around $15 or so, and it is a great option to just keep in your freezer whenever you have nothing else to cook. If I had to guess, I think there are about 100 plus nuggets in each bag, which means that it is around 7 nuggets for $1.
While the Just Bare Chicken Nuggets are not quite as good as Chick-Fil-A, I would say they are better than McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets. All you have to do to prepare the Just Bare Chicken Nuggets is put them in the oven for 23 minutes, and there is absolutely zero prep for them. If you have extra Chick-Fil-A sauces at home, you can about 75% replicate the experience of eating Chick-Fil-A nuggets.
Chicken Nuggets are not the healthiest meal, but they are ok if you only eat them occasionally. Rather than going to Chick-Fil-A next time, I would recommend buying a bag of Just Bare Chicken Nuggets from Costco and seeing how you like them!
