Best Websites to Use: Vivid Seats

While in a previous post I recommended to use Tickpick when buying sports tickets, Vivid Seats is another fantastic option that I have come across. Tickpick is still cheaper most of the time for seats, but Vivid Seats is running a promotion (I am not sure if it is for a limited time or not) to buy 10 tickets and get 1 free.

The way the promotion works is that if you buy 10 tickets on Vivd Seats, you will get a coupon that is worth the average price of the 10 tickets you bought. This is basically getting 10% back on ticket purchases, which in many cases will make it worth the slightly higher price you pay compared to Tickpick.

Another tip is to get the Capitol One Savor card and use it to buy on Vivid Seats. This card has a promotion that gets you 8% cash back on purchases for Vivid Seats, which results in an incredible 18% cash back for sports ticket purchases. Unfortunately, I myself don’t have the Savor card yet, but it is something I am looking to get in the future (for some reason I didn’t get offered the sign up bonus when I applied).

If you are a big sports fan and one of your biggest spending categories is on sports tickets, I would highly recommend checking out Vivid Seats. In many cases it is going to be a great offer even compared to Tickpick, so I would check them both out to see which one has better offers for you!

Vivid Seats Recommendation Rating: 5 (if you have the Savor card and utilize the buy 10 get 1 free option)

1: Something worth checking out if you have time

2: Something that is a hit for some people, but not a must for everyone

3: Something worth prioritizing if interested

4: Something worth making time to check out

5: An absolute home run, worth going out of your way for

Hi,
This is a blog for myself (and hopefully others) to keep track of all of the places, restaurants, books, movies, etc. that I do not want to forget. I am a college student who has lived in the US, Asia, and Europe for extended periods of time; I am very lucky to have had these experiences, and I want to share my recommendations with people interested in any of these locations.

NONE of these posts are advertisements. I do not have any discount codes or promotions for anything I write about; however, this should be considered a positive because it means that everything I write about reflects my true feelings. In order to keep this blog positive, my posts will only be recommendations for the things I enjoy the most in life. The topics will vary between whatever subjects I am interested in at a certain time, and I will have 1-2 new posts per day.

I wish I could have started this project earlier while some of my memories were fresher in my mind, but it is better late than never. I hope that other people will have the chance to visit or experience things that I write about, and I hope that people will have a similar taste in life to myself!
